Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jamie Kay pieces, so if you are not perfectly satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original unwashed, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your return confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS or FedEx location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
